Through her strategic use of legal, diplomatic, political, and media resources, Lamis achieved victories that dismantled internationally implicated multi-state apparatuses, safeguarding U.S. Constitutional Rights and securing historic legal, media, and discursive triumphs for her clients and countless individuals worldwide. She has also provided expert advice and analysis to UN agencies and advised elected officials and lawmakers on intricate legal and political matters, both locally and globally.

Lamis’s human rights work involved criminal, civil, and administrative litigation, training of U.S. and international attorneys in evidence preparation and collection, representing clients in international jurisdictions, drafting complaints for the International Criminal Court (ICC), securing the release of abducted human rights activists, torture prevention, war crimes investigations, representing academics and students, and producing policy for and advising local government agencies on human rights issues.

Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Lamis has received numerous awards for her work and has been featured in news documentaries in the United States, Japan, and the Middle East. During her law school tenure, she excelled as a member and trial advocate in the Moot Court Honors Society, clerked for a New York State Judge in a Combined Civil and Criminal Part, and gained valuable experience working for Westlaw.

Benjamin N. Dictor is a top-rated attorney providing legal representation in a variety of legal fields. Benjamin Dictor is a powerful advocate and skilled trial, bargaining, negotiation, mediation and compliance attorney with a stellar record of litigation and bargaining success. He is persistent, tenacious, strategic and firm in pursuing our client’s interests and rights.

He leverages his extensive trial lawyering, bargaining, political and media mobilization skills to craft and secure holistic and successful strategies, counsel, contracts and trial victories for our clients.

Benjamin handles a wide range of issues and is particularly interested in matters related to Labor and Employment Compliance (domestically and internationally), Whistleblower Compliance and litigation, Arbitration, Civil Litigation, Mediation, Bargaining, Employment litigation, advising workplace campaigns, employment discrimination, wage theft, and drafting and enforcement of employment agreements, as well as matters before the National Labor Relations Board.

He represents some of the most prominent Labor Unions and his work on the Hot & Crusty Workers campaign was featured in the award-winning documentary titled The Hand that Feeds.

As counsel for a number of labor unions, Benjamin advises union leadership and staff in the context of organizing, collective bargaining, and contract enforcement. Over his career, Benjamin has assisted unions in growing their membership considerably during a period of time when the ranks of organized labor have declined in number on a nationwide level. Benjamin strongly believes that the role of labor lawyer is to democratize the law and the process of collective bargaining to make them accessible to the rank-and-file.

In addition to work for traditional labor organizations, Benjamin counsels a variety of worker centers, including the Damayan Migrant Workers Association, the Laundry Workers Center, and Justice First. He also advises independent organizing campaigns, and rank-and-file activists. Benjamin is a frequent panelist and guest speaker on the subjects concerning the role of lawyers and the tactical use of the law in organizing and collective bargaining.

Benjamin graduated with honors from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and the University of Florida. While attending law school, Benjamin worked as a clinician for the Cardozo Labor and Employment Clinic and was a staff writer on progressive labor issues for the Cardozo Jurist.

Mazen Adi

Mazen Adi is a former adjunct professor of law, and diplomat, who now practices law full time. Mazen is expert in International Law, Anti-Corruption and International Criminal Law and has negotiated numerous bilateral conventions and treaties between governments.

During his tenure as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University, Mazen taught and developed several courses including a course on International Criminal Law and Anti-Corruption.

Mazen has 16 years of expertise in International Law and International Relations, during his tenure as a diplomat he served as a legal expert in the New York office of the United Nations.

Mazen represents and advises clients in corporate and immigration law, partnership disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handles matters and contracts related to financial services and payment processing.

Mazen represents nationally and internationally operating companies and attends to our clients’ compliance and risk mitigation needs.

He also advises and represents US based and international private and business clients seeking to immigrate to the US and elsewhere.

Mazen holds a bachelor of law from Damascus University School of Law and was admitted to the Syrian Bar. He also holds Master Degree in International Relations from St. John’s University Rome Campus, Ph.D. in comparative law from Tor Vergata University (Roma 2) Italy and LL.M in U.S legal studies from St. John’s University in New York.
